Ravine Ramble: Further Explorations at Crosscavan Farm

Join us for a summer jaunt at the Museum's newest natural area, Crosscavan Farm. We'll explore the northern reaches of the preserve—especially its surprising slot canyon, verdant with ferns and mosses. Guest naturalist Dan Best will help us interpret the birds and other wonders we encounter on our ramble.

We will assemble at Crosscavan Farm Preserve. Directions will be sent to all registrants.
Field trip intensity: Moderate
What to wear and bring (if out of the ordinary): Sturdy, waterproof footwear, walking stick, water and snacks, insect repellent, and weather-appropriate clothes.
