Natural Areas Field Trips: Wolf Run in Winter
This event is no longer on sale.

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Its cliffs glittering with frozen cascades and its fields blanketed in snow, Wolf Run Preserve is gorgeous in winter. Join us as we venture (carefully) into a winding box canyon, admire the shale walls towering over the Vermilion River, and explore the ice-scour micro-prairies in its floodplain. These sights promise to reward those who brave the cold.
